Changes:
Adds E2E tests for the Microsoft.WinGet.DSC powershell module to verify that the DSC resources behave as expected.
WinGetSourceshad prior issues and did not accurately display the current sources so I made some modifications so that each source was properly represented as a hashtable. I also changed some of the logic determining whether a source was present or absent so that it behaves as expected.
