Hey folks,

I see some manifests rolling in for e.g. Kindle, Notepad++, among others. 馃槑

My question is, who can submit such manifests? If I find an existing app and have all the info, can I submit it? Or must we own the app to submit it?

Second question: I do have some apps, PWA, UWP. Can I submit my own apps?

Judah, Thanks for asking! You may submit manifests, even for apps you don't own. Please be thorough with respect to publishers and their licensing. I'm sure the community would appreciate any of the packages you are able to submit.

Super cool.

Where's the documentation on what a manifest should look like for PWAs, UWP/Store apps, and Win32 apps?

Please send an e-mail to winget-feedback@microsoft.com and the team will share current details. The documentation for docs.microsoft.com is in draft still.

Got an email from Kevin, and he referred me to this page. As it stands today, only Win32 apps are supported. Hoping to see PWA support soon.
