Directive Updates

This PR makes the following changes by updated directives and modules mapping:

• Renames conflicting/wrongly named deviceLogCollectionResponse cmdlet as per the docs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/intune-devices-devicelogcollectionresponse?view=graph-rest-beta. Closes Duplicate commands in users.actions and users.functions #383 .
• Updates format-table to reflect new type names. Closes Update Formatting Directive To Reflect Updated Types #382.
• Adds ToDo API to Users module.
• Removes invalid top-level paths from Users module i.e. users/{user-id}/todo and users/{user-id}/outlook.
