The documentation links for middleman-blog as specified in Readme.md are broken. For instance, the link http://beta.middlemanapp.com/extensions/blog/ does not work.

Where should I look for documentation?

Just found the official documentation at http://middlemanapp.com/extensions/blog/
This needs to be updated in middleman-blog on github as well.
