Different functions for G2 / G2 (String Set) buttons #33

Quite a few users have requested to be able to use the G2/G3 lid buttons for other purposes:

Preset forward / backward
Octave up / down

So it would be a good idea to add an option where users can choose this behaviour.

Open question: do users also need to choose the direction? I.e up / down vs. down / up?
