Hotline for Mac b19

Changes in Build 19:

• Bookmarks have been rewritten to be CloudKit backed so they sync between computers (though should still work if you don't have iCloud enabled). This also removes the annoying ask to enter your password to unlock Keychain.
• The Servers window now accepts dropping Hotline bookmark files on it (classic Hotline bookmark files from classic Hotline clients) so you should be able to just drag in your old Hotline bookmarks in.
• Added Export Bookmark option to server bookmarks. Exported file is backwards compatible with classic Hotline clients.
• Fixed issue where wrong line endings were sent to classic Hotline servers.
• New setting to hide/show user join/leave messages in chat.
• Hide News section for older servers.
• Redesigned Message Board post editor sheet.
• Revert back to not showing message viewer when no message is selected in News.
• Fix chat view not scrolling to the bottom when new messages arrive sometimes.
• You can now option-click the Servers button in the banner toolbar window to bring up Connect to Server.
• Added some helpful context menus to files and newsgroups.

Changes in build 18:

• You can now post to newsgroups.
• Markdown formatting, links, lists, headers, dividers, tables, and images are supports in news posts.
• Added a reload button to newsgroup so you can manually refresh a portion of the news tree.
• Further color icon work for servers, trackers, and users.
• Folders in Files now display using the macOS folder icon.
• Fallback to generic user icon when the icon ID set can not be found.

• Fix for downloading files from Hotline Server 1.2.3. (thanks AnteL0pe for the bug report!)
• Fix for the drop shadow disappearing on the Hotline banner window when entering or exiting fullscreen.
• A few classic Hotlines user icons have been remastered for retina displays—open to feedback on this! Original icons still display when running on a non-retina display.

Build 1.0b14 includes:

• Added a floating Hotline toolbar window for a little added bit of nostalgia. You can hide it from the Window menu.

Hotline for Mac b11

• You can now finally save servers as bookmarks to the Servers window. Either right click on a server from a tracker listing and click "Bookmark" or hit ⌘K and enter your server and optional account details and click "Save."
• Similarly, you can finally add Trackers to the Servers window. Click the Add Tracker button in the Servers window toolbar and enter the Tracker's details.
• Servers window allows you to drag to reorder and organize server and tracker bookmarks.
• To remove a bookmark, simply select it and hit the delete key.
• Fixed (I think) an issue when posting to the message board on classic Hotline servers. No longer attempting to send message board text as UTF-8 but Mac OS Roman instead.

Hotline for Mac b10

• Added a Server menu with some commands for switching between Chat, News, Message Board, and Files.
• Added classic Hotline sounds for login, chat, and user join and leave.
• Files served with resource forks now properly download to macOS Sonoma. You can then transfer files with resource forks over to classic Mac OS machines via network drives etc., or an emulator like SheepShaver and they should work just fine.
• Files served with Mac OS creator and file type codes are properly set on the downloaded files now too.
• Implemented a keep alive ping to Hotline servers every 3 minutes to make it possible to idle on servers.
• Starting to pay attention to user access information sent by the server (for example) by disabling the message board post button when you are not allowed. Planning to make more use of this information later.
