Currently, relative paths which reference the parent directory, such as
../other_dir, are not supported by any option which accepts directory paths, such asHALCYON_SANDBOX_SOURCES.There should also be an option to locate the source files in a subdirectory of the directory given as an argument to
halcyon install.Closely related to #10 and #14.
