Updating the plugin is my opportunity to go over its release notes and decide on which new rules to suggest. This is not a good workflow, because it holds back the updating of the plugin. I'll change this workflow immediately. And I'll take care of updating these packages. I do appreciate your continuous involvement, @divlo .
