  SDLC stages

The roadmap will be carried on respecting the following stages that we will use during the SDLC:

1. pre-alpha(Proof of concept)
2. alpha
3. beta
4. release candidate
5. long term support

  General goals

The planned roadmap for ConGaLi is divided as follows on the next sections.

  Short term

"a series of core enhancements"

• Deploying the first version of the app on-line.
• Prepare the service to work with Docker and/or Heroku.
• Add tests and prepare the codebase to be decoupled.
• Adding specific, mostly incremental features.
• Tweaking and bug fixes to the core platform.

  Mid term

"Splitting the microservices"

• Going alpha upwards.
• Creating the authentication service.
• Creating the model generic storage.
• building the scaffolding for the architecture and testing the inclusion of loopBack and NodeMQ among them.

  Long term

"adding system perturbation features and ensuring architecture sturdiness"

• Adding random events generation and other cool stuff to the current implementation.
• Performance tweeks
• Large scale tests
