This PR creates the "Type synonym declarations" section in
TESTS.md, updates URLs to GitHub issues, moves related tests into it, and removes unnecessary parts from tests.This PR is a part of #610.
Sorry for the consecutive PRs. I thought it would be better to keep PRs small to make reviewing easy. Please let me know if you have any thoughts.
