More verbose logging on the exercise terminal

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When editing several items, it's hard to tell which change made a SASS error in the terminal. I may be several saves along before I notice that there was an error.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be beneficial for the exercise terminal to log out every time the CSS file- like browser-sync does when files are saved. It would immediately tell me how long ago I made the mistake so I know how far to back-track.

Include @debug "compiled" at the bottom of app.scss
