Second part of #41, adds error block to use data from #152

Tested with mikeferguson/ubr_reloaded@d61df58 - basically found the proper checkerboard pose in 2d, converted a/b/c to r/p/y with the to_rpy tool and then used static_transform_publisher to check that the checkerboard is in the right place:
