Add an optional port for local fulfillment when running Node-RED over HTTPS #242

Adds an optional port for when node red is running over https, this can be left empty for most configurations.
Users running this over https will receive a debug message stating that you need to set a port for local fulfillment.

Additionally, devices that were last controlled by local fulfillment will use a ring instead of a dot for their status.
