Changes and Adds

  1. Add CSV files for software to be installed from.
  2. Update README.md file for better wiki and mini tutorial.
  3. Move script files to Script folder.
  4. Add entry file as novas-script.sh.
  5. Scripts include aliases.sh, mkdir.sh, change-ttl.sh, clean-up.sh, badhosts.sh and installation-scripts.sh.
