Installation instructions

Download Borealis.jar from this repository
Import the settings into IntelliJ IDEA:

File -> Import Settings...
Choose the Borealis.jar file
Ensure the "Color schemes" checkbox is checked
Click the "Ok" button
Restart IDEA
