jQuery Questionnaire:
A JavaScript/jQuery based quiz/questionnaire that asks the following question and then scores it accordingly: Are you prepared to become a supplier for a public or private organization?
This can be used as a template for creating other questionnaires or quizzes.
jQuery scores the questionnaire and then displays a color background with a message specific to your score.
(70 to 75 points)
Green: YOU ARE PREPARED
(61 to 69 points)
Yellow: YOU ARE ALMOST PREPARED
(31 to 60 points)
Orange: YOU ARE NOT VERY PREPARED
(30 points or less)
Red: YOU ARE NOT PREPARED
