DocumentRootは最初にWebサーバーであるwebrickが何のファイルを返すか示している。
特に記載せずとも、どうやらデフォルトでルートディレクトリにあるindex.htmlを返す仕様らしい。
ここであえて、
:DocumentRoot => './users/taro.html'と記載すれば、taroがlocalhost: 8000で返るはず。BindAddressはおそらく、ip番号を示している。
127.0.0.1というのはローカルホストを指す特殊な番号。
