How to configure gallery dl.exe using only the executable file through CMD?

I want to generate access tokens for various websites, but oauth doesn't seem to work for twitter. Thanks

Access tokens only work for sites supporting OAuth: https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl#oauth

For Twitter, you need either username & password (-u, -p, see https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl#username-password) or cookies (--cokkies, --cookies-from-browser, see https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl#cookies)

I got the solution, I made a gallery-dl.conf file and kept it in the same directory as the executable. Then i modified the conf file by inputting my twitter credentials. It worked
