What's your take on this? If you agree with it, could we get a merge and a new release? Alternatively, I'm a big fan of this sort of tooling; I'd be happy to assist as a maintainer. |

Provides a way to have a consistent number of test cases over time (or at least tied to the underlying version of rubocop), while you can see your number of failed test cases vary over time.
