The link to the tutorial in the ReadMe is broken:

http://www.class-zec.com/en/blog/2011/multilingual-websites-with-modx-and-babel.html

New users (such as me) cannot hope to install Babel without this info.

The tutorials are online at http://www.multilingual-modx.com/ again.
