I have encountered a tricky problem when running the Dquartets of this software, that is, the output file is incomplete.
I have 118 individuals, divided into four groups.
SETS.txt：

VCF:

The command line as follows:
./Build/Dsuite Dquartets 0327.all.LDfilter.new.vcf SETS.txt
But, the contents of the output files are as follows:
