Page refresh and highlight the clicked item somehow

The refresh when I click on a category or an item is pretty distracting, also it would be cool to have some kind of highlight on the right when I click on an item on the left bar, because I dont wanna have to search for it every time on the right side.

The refresh is because each category is stored as a separate HTML file. I have plans to make it work with Ajax (see #4) but been busy with other projects.

When you click on a item on the left it should scroll to the proper place inside the page (browser default behavior when location.hash changes), aren't you seeing this behavior? if so which browser are you using?
