Does not work with Catalina 10.15.3 #2

I tried to set it working with Catalina (my mac is under FR languague but i am unsure this is the problem) and running laser encounter an error "Error in System Preferences . Application is not opened"

I don't know how to fix it and if it is related to language or os version
