Enough here to commit this now, a lot of native gui code here to enable a sane display of functional, interactive tables and headers, and the next step should just be working out the default display columns for transactions, as well as showing an 'expanded' view for each row that will show all of a transaction's details. |

Still WIP, iced-rs widget + scaffolding to support an interactive transaction table to be used in the wallet view.
