CPU wheels for TensorFlow 1.3, built by TinyMind, the cloud machine learning platform.

To use the wheels on your own machine, Intel Broadwell or later CPU is required. From this version onwards, wheels contain support for the experimental XLA feature. By default XLA is not turned on. Read more on the TensorFlow website on usage.
