Release 00.01.01 of the ev3dev-updates

Fixed up an error in rc.local. OK ... a huge error - forgot to actually run ev3dev.rc.local.

Release 00.01.00 of the ev3dev-updates

Contains the ev3dev-updates binary as a tar.gz file. Note that this file is NOT part of the repository because the permissions get messed up in git, and besides, it contains the module binaries and kernel which would just bloat the repository.
