New in this release

  • Rest dialog GUI changed to encourage the user to move mindfully when leaving the computer
  • Breathing phrase settings simplified:
    • The option to use a single phrase has been removed
    • Shortened phrase have been removed
  • Removed the "take break now" and "breathing break now" buttons
  • New feature: User can now suspend the application for a selected amount of time
  • New feature: User can now choose that a random breathing phrase is selected
  • New feature: Preparatory notification before the breathing dialog is shown
    • A different audio file is used for this preparatory notification (as with the other audio files this can be changed by the user)
  • New feature: Added tooltip to the system tray icon showing the amount of time left until the next rest
  • Bugfix: This release should work on all Windows 10 systems (64 bit-based)
  • Bugfix: User export of data now fixed (available from the file menu)
  • Default volume set to 50%
  • Various limits added for the breathing lengths shown in the graphical interface (to avoid GUI problems)
  • Removed the option of not showing the visual rest notification
  • Added a close button for the breathing notifications

  • Linux: Approx 0.5 year old or newer systems are supported. May work on earlier version also
    • Technical note: There is a dependency on glibc
  • MacOS: High Sierra or later is supported. May work on earlier versions also
  • Windows: 7, 8, and 10 are supported. 64-bit is supported
