Short description and motivation for the proposed feature

MindsDB Docker image is only Arm-based. It misses amd64 architecture.

You can use docker buildx command to build both amd64 as well as arm64-based Docker image.

This is supported with the latest image. Did you check https://hub.docker.com/u/mindsdb? Once you pull mindsdb image it should automatically pull the one for your architecture
