Trigger functionality for Clickhose

Short description and motivation for the proposed feature

Looking at the documentation, I see that only MongoDB supports triggers:

Clickhouse allows to calculate features very fast. If MindsDB could have triggers for Clickhouse, I think we can get much faster ML pipelines.

What is the main blocker / difficulty in implementing this? Can we create our own inherited class for Trigger functionality for Clickhouse?
