Short description of current behavior

Currently, when creating a CHATBOT, it is non-responsive at times.

The workaround is to query an AGENT directly and create a JOB to automate replies to Slack messages, like here.

Overall, the feature provided by CHATBOT is to connect an AGENT to a chat interface, like Slack, and make an AGENT reply to messages instantaneously, which is not the case with a JOB scheduled to run every 1 minute.
