You can connect RCX motors to EVShield using a cable like this: http://peeron.com/inv/sets/8528-1
or a GlideWheel-MX like this: http://www.mindsensors.com/pages/174
(compared to simple cable, GlideWheel-MX will give you encoder values too and thereby precise control over motor operation).

I tried, but I could run the motor
