Add config option to ignore specific worlds

Can you add an "ignored-worlds" option similar to the feature in RedstoneClockDetector?

I know, it needs a new config, because the plugin doesn't have one a now.

Describe alternatives you've considered

With the "/detect list" command I can switch between all result-sites and manually ignore the world, but this feature would be helpful e.g. if the staff havn't a lot of time to fix a performance problem.
