Problem

Epilepsy warning Hold down the camera key (by default C) and enjoy

Solutions

Don't trigger the change of camera more than once per key press

Alternatives

Increase the time frame between one change of camera and the other (when the camera key is held down)

Additional context

Supersedes #11900. The behaviour could be extended onto the minimap key but being way smaller I don't know how much of a problem it represents. Maybe just for cohesion?
