Dedicated server detector
A simple little label has been added that tells you if the server is idle (not running), stopping (transitioning from active to idle) and active. It has colors, yay!
Profile system
By utilizing the existing Profile Selection window that opens your given profile, it now uses the same system to assign your profile to the launcher for use when launching SPT. There is now an automatic feature to assign the alphabetical top-most profile to ensure an empty value is never assigned.
New config file
In an effort to make the server option system more flexible and give more user customizability, there is now a config file with all existing items that allows the user to enable or disable any of them. Note that disabling every item in a given category will completely remove that category when options are being generated.
Config open functions
In order for developers and users alike to be able to quickly access all the configurations, the Options window now houses a button to open all existing configuration files in the default text editor (Options -> Launcher settings -> Open configs)
