          Drop armv7hl and i686

ARMv7 was never a RHEL architecture, and i686 multilibs have been dropped
completely in RHEL 10 and ELN.


          Drop old placeholder syntax

All placeholders in content-resolver-input are now using the new syntax.

LGTM
I know we've wanted to remove 32 bit arm for a long time. Now that we're dropping i686, it's a good time to do it.
