openvswitch kernel module is not loading properly

In order to create meters, we need openvswitch 2.10+. On the OF side, this feature is implemented in OF1.3+ versions. Both the kernel and user datapath support this feature, however, with the current installation script (util/install.sh), the kernel module is not properly loaded. We have to add "modprobe openvswitch" command at line 372

/sbin/modinfo openvswitch

After I executed the "modprobe openvswitch" command manually, I was able to add meters in the ovsk switch.
