Add Documentation:

  • outline the goal of the community
  • describe what a feature is in the context of the MoJ Dev Container Community
  • list existing features
  • outline how to add a feature
  • outline how to consume a feature
  • add Getting Started Section
  • add a link to the Slack Channel

Reverted linting suggested changes as they removed govuk styling from the pages.
