Create a grafana dashboard to show the queries that takes over 1 minute to complete

The memory usage of the Prometheus container is gradually increasing and also lead to an incident when prometheus hit the memory limit and OOMKilled. In order to find the root cause of the increasing memory usage, create a dashboard to show the list of queries which take over on1 minute to complete.

This will show queries which fetch for large amount of data and hence overload the server
