- Replace Members pie chart legend with a table displaying stats for each category - Put stats elements into Cards

Resolves #16
Approach
Decided to use pie charts since they are good for visualizing percentages.
landscape_stats.jsonwas missing project maturity stats, hence the introduction ofcalculateProjectMaturityStats.
