Start the update of the documentation

- Update the installation instructions to mention Composer only. The
  phar is not provided anymore (it is not really suited for libraries
  anyway)
- reorder the drivers to display the ones being fully compatible with
  Mink 1.6 first.
- wrap the doc properly after the first word crossing 72 chars
