Archiving the submodule repository

The brilliant-CV project will be transitioning towards the newly published Typst packages standards, for greater convenience and visibility in the Typst world.

This submodule repository will therefore be archived, and all future updates will be committed to the main repository. This can provide as well better development and issue tracking experience.

Thanks for all who have contributed towards this module! Please raise a PR in the main repository if you would like to conserve your contribution records in this repo, I will try my best to see how I can do.
