Upgrade to Irmin 2.0 API

This allows the creation of both Git and Irmin format stores.

Tests for Git-format stores currently fail with:
`runtime.caml_encore_is_a_sub is not a function`, due to
mirage/encore#13.

Should be fixed with dinosaure/overlap#2 - note that we can not get pointer in js worlds, so overlap will return all false|None every times on js world - I think it should have an impact on performances finally.
