First version in clear text

This is first release where all code is humanly readable. No obfuscation of PL/SQL packages.

Change to work OK with APEX 18.1

Select in the begining of (de)installation scripts system_grants.sql and undo_system_grants.sql calculates value of APEX schema, like APEX_180100 for 18.1 or APEX_040200 for 4.2. Old version didn't work OK for 18.1. It returns APEX_0180100.
