Hello,
Since this project is in R&D phase, I'd like to help on your researches and I found it that python is handier and easier for developers. BTW I just made a Python version based on OWASP Nettacker framework and push the codes to your repo.
It has some more feature to develop which I think we need to spend more time to solve them.
