       softKeyBoardStateHelper.addSoftKeyBoardStateListener(this, new SoftKeyBoardStateListener() {
            @Override
            public void onSoftKeyBoardOpened(int keyboardHeightInpx) {
              //do some thing keyboard is opened
            }

            @Override
            public void onSoftKeyBoardClosed() {

            }
        });

Using with gradle
