• I'm a mission-driven, full-stack software engineer with a diverse technical background, including graphics and brand design, UI/UX, and technical product management.
• I'm particularly passionate about building beatuiful, engaging user interfaces, and the well-architected systems to power them.
• Currently, you'll find me at Vanna Health, an early-stage startup, where I'm one of the founding software engineers, building tech-enabled healthcare services for individuals with serious mental illness.
• Previously, I worked for Halcyon Health, a substance addiction treatment app, and General Assembly, where I was a Senior Associate Instructor on the New York Campus' 500-hour Software Engineering Immersive.

Leading up to my career shift into technology, I dedicated my career to advocacy in mental healthcare and suicide prevention/intervention. Even now, in addition to my day-to-day grind, you'll find me giving speeches, preseting on panels, and participating in oversight committees for mental health and suicide prevention programs. This includes speaking at events and with journalists, guiding federal policies, programs, and clinical research, authoring op-eds and recommendations for the improvement of crisis intervention services, and even summiting mountains to fundraise for suicide prevention.

Ultimately, my goal is to utilize technology to advance the causes and amplify the voices of the advocates, carers, health professionals, scientists, and the social justice fighters– the people who work tirelessly to lift up the most vulnerable among us– and help further their missions.
