Allows the user to enter 'hash' => 'blowfish' in their main.config and store blowfish encrypted passwords with a salt. I've tested all previous functionality works, and basic checks on registering and changing password functionality.
Added a language file with better british english for certain phrases.
This was a symlink previously which was not useful to anyone who wanted to use my branch of yii-user.
