Installing it
Tip: Renaming the file to usrcheat.dat will make the installation easier
DeSmuME
Go in the Path Settings (Config -> Path Settings) and set R4 cheats database file name to CHEAT.DAT
TWiLight Menu++
Copy & Paste the new Cheat Database to _nds\TWiLightMenu\extras and rename the file to usrcheat.dat
