Mirai Js 插件管理器 jpm

1. 在 mirai-console 中键入 jpm 获得帮助
2. jpm (JavaScript Plugin Manager) 可列出插件、启用/停用/加载/卸载插件

jpm [list|enable|disable|load|unload] (插件 Id/文件名)
