What
ドライブの使用量制限を、インスタンス全体だけでなく、ユーザー個別で設定可能にする。
Why
限られたストレージを有効に活用するため、例えば希望する人の容量を増やすといった事に利用することができる。
また、支援の特典としてストレージ増量といった使い方も可能になる。
